deposited 50 quid yesterday got the 100% bonus so 100 total played for bit and got up to 340 tried to withdraw and they only let me take 150 and said rest is still in bonus?? but i already wagered through the bonus amount it said 0 left
whats going on is this normal or am i being scammed never had this happen before
 
Did you read the bonus terms before taking it? Sounds like post-wager bonus structure. Your bonus releases incrementally during wagering, not all at once.
 
i dont understand what that means it said i wagered the bonus and it went to 0 so shouldnt all the money be mine now??
this feels like same bullshit as that lottogo thread from yesterday where they take your money for no reason

Basically what happens is uou deposit 50, get 50 bonus then you wager with your 50 cash first but as you wager, the bonus releases in 10% chunks
So you dont get the full 50 bonus until you've completed ALL wagering mate
The 0 left you're seeing is probably your cash wagering requirement, but the bonus is still locked/partially released. Its confusing af and I hate this shit, but its not a scam - just regular casino crap now..

Its not hiding behind rules right? UKGC requires non-sticky bonuses and this is one way to implement that.
If you dont like post-wager structure, dont play at Videoslots. Plenty of other casinos use standard ones
