87 million recovered they say. mine isnt in there

Wonder if an industry needs this many watchdogs, private complaint services, accreditation schemes and blacklists just to function at a basic level of honesty, what does that tell us about the industry? I play. I'm not above it. I just think about it more than I'd like to.

her's not wrong though. you don't need a complaints service to buy a kettle

Or stop guessing altogether. Private vetted list. 40+ operators, payouts tested by me personally, updated weekly, zero affiliate money. £150 lifetime. Saved members from three closures this year.
DMs open. Limited places.

you know my mates brother got 4 grand back off a casino through one of these. took him about 6 weeks but it come through in the end
so they do worrk sometimes

Right your mate's brother or maybe a thread that you read?

I'm asking because I see the same story repeated a lot and it usually turns out to be someone remembering a post. It matters, because the cases that actually succeed have a dull and specific pattern: fully verified account, complete documents, a written record of every support contact, and a complaint that names a specific breach rather than saying they're thieves.

The ones that die are the ones where the player can't produce paperwork. That has nothing to do with the service.

obviously i've not seen the money go into his acount have i?? but its really my mate is the one told me about it which is quite enough for me
you can think what you like tho

The real scandal is sitting in this thread untouched and everyone is walking past it. I mean 1xBet and 1xSlot were caught running pirated copies of well known slots. Not licensed versions. Copies, with the random number generator under the operator's own control. That is the most serious thing an online casino can do and it is public record.
They are still listed. Still scored. Still reviewed. And the 2.5 million recovery this thread opened with came from that same operator.
Sit with what it means that the largest single recovery in the industry's history came from a company that should not have a listing at all.

Careful with that, because the conclusion runs the wrong way. A complaint service that only mediates for casinos it approves of is worthless. The players who need help most are at the worst operators, by definition. Refusing 1xBet customers would mean those customers get nothing at all.

Mediating is not endorsing. Where you're right is the listing. Mediation and a rating on a comparison table are two entirely different products and they should not sit under one logo with a distinction this quiet.

I'll take that on mediation. I do not accept it covers the rating and I don't think you believe it does either.

what id actually pay for is a list of who got kicked OFF an accredited list and why. thst would tell you more than any top ten... nobody puts that on the front page unfortunatekly. its always the winners

Well Casinomeister publish exactly that, it's just not the page they lead with. Rabidi NV is the one I point people at. Lost the Curaçao master licence in June 2024, GCBC formally revoked it, and that didn't take down one casino, it took down the brands underneath it. I can't tell you the exact count off the top of my head but it was a group, not a site.
Which is the check almost nobody does. You look at the casino. You don't look at the company operating the casino, and one company operates a lot of them.

Bottom of the homepage, in the small print with the licence number. Operating company and registration number are usually both there because the licence requires it. Take that company name and search it on its own. That's the whole trick and it takes 90 secs.
