acount locked 19 days. 2,340 in it. every time i chat support its the same paragraph about ongoing review

found the askgamblers counter tonight, arond 87m given back to players since 2009. one 1xbet case on there was 2.5m to one person

so is that a real thing or is it a number on a website. because im 19 days into the exact situation it says it fixes and nothing has fixed

hey there! you wanna say askgamblers do complaints as well i thought they were just a list of casinos with scores on?

they're both. that's sort of the argument. we had this out somewhere a while ago, might have been dzungs thread, i cant find it now. short version, the same company that takes a cut for sending you to a casino also runs the service you complain to when that casino robs you

i got sent to bitbetcasino off a listing page. deposited, won, got hit with enhanced verification, never heard from a human again. that's my number and its not on anyone's counter

and i said then it was the site not the listing. brand new launch, no complaints on it because there hadn't been time for any

Well c'mon guys every single one of them is bought. EVERY ONE!! Scores move when the money moves. I've watched a site sit at 8.4 for two years and jump to 9.1 in a fortnight with nothing changing except a banner appearing on the homepage.
They are advertising brochures with a complaints desk bolted on for cover.

Which site, which fortnight, and what was the banner? And look I'm not being difficult. If you've actually watched that happen it's a genuinely useful data point and I'd like to look at it.

The irritating part is that he's half right and can't show it, which makes it harder for the people who can. Listing sites make money one of two ways. Casinos pay for placement, or the site takes a revenue share on players it sends. Almost everyone in this industry does the second one, and that is not a scandal by itself - it's the model, and anyone claiming they don't do it is the one I'd look at hardest.

So the test isn't whether they take money. It's whether the commercial side can overrule the editorial side. Go and find a casino that pays well and still has a warning sitting on its page. If you can't find one anywhere on the site, you've learned something.

Accreditation at Casinomeister works the same way and the useful part is that it's revocable. Getting listed is not the signal. Getting removed is.

Exactly how I read them now and it took me about four years and a lot of my own money to get there. I don't look at the score at all. I look for whether anything bad survived on the page. A 9.2 with no negatives anywhere is worth less to me than an 8.1 that mentions two withdrawal disputes and how they ended.
Trustpilot I stopped opening entirely btw, review farming is visible from orbit. Reddit's more honest and less reliable at the same time, because nothing's moderated so you get the real thing sitting next to fifteen affiliates doing impressions of players.

about the ownership question since nobodys said it. askgamblers went to catena media for 15M in 2016 and then to gaming innovation group for 45M in 2023. GiG is an affiliate and platform business. so the largest player complaint service in the industry sits inside a company that earns money sending players to casinos
thats not an accusation, its the org chart. what you do with it is up to you

i've kept my own sheet on this for about two years, not out of cleverness, out of not being able to tell any other way
what predicts trouble isn't the score. its whether complaints share a shape. one guy waiting three weeks is a queue. eleven guys all getting told they're under enhanced review after a win above some threshold is a policy
the run i tracked on gamdom last year was that exactly. wallet refill needed, technical issues, delayed responses. same three phrases across fourteen cases and none of them knew each other
