when did playing for fun stop being actually true for you

tbh this discussion has genuinely changed how I'm going to approach my sessions going forward. not dramatically obviously jiust going to pay more attention to how I feel when I lose rather than only when I win

sure thats the single most useful thing anyone new to gambling can do. the honest answer to that question over time tells you everything about where you actually are with it.
 
anyways thanks for actually engaging with this. was'nt sure anyone would or if itd just be set limits and log off
gonna try to sleep. not opening anything tonight
