Prepaid cards wouldn't show casino names but would show as "paysafecard purchase" on bank statements. Still creates paper trail. For true anonymity you'd need cash > prepaid card > casino, but most UK casinos have KYC requirements that link your identity anyway.
There's no perfect solution for hiding gambling from thorough financial review. E-wallets are best middle ground for casual privacy.

PayPal is most "normal" looking if you ask me but still not widely accepted (Bet365, partly 888 Casino, sportsbettin Sky Bet)
MuchBetter and ecoPayz more reliable for casinos but raise more concerns tho
