VIP cashback offer after big win, worth it or trap?

mate i fell for one of these too they made it sound amazing but the wagering kills you. got a £600 win withdrew £200 then came this cashback offer and i thought brilliant ill play a bit more and get extra money back. ended up losing the whole £400 trying to clear the cashback bonus and the £60 cashback itself had 35x wagering so i lost another £150 trying to clear that before i gave up. never again honestly
