interesting take from Rush Street Interactive's CEO about possible changes in online gaming if Trump returns to office. Says states might get more freedom to decide on gambling laws, no federal restrictions expected. Online casinos made $2B in Q3 2023 alone! Thoughts on how politics affects our industry?

Politics and gambling always been connected. Let me tell you about casino lobby groups - they're pumping millions into both parties. Been tracking their donations since 2020. Republicans generally favor state rights approach, which could mean easier licensing. But here's the interesting part: tribal casinos are pushing back hard. They've got exclusive deals in many states and want to keep it that way. Last quarter alone, tribal groups spent over $50M on lobbying against online expansion. This could get real messy real fast.

Most Americans still using offshore sites anyway. This might bring them home
