If you already uploaded bank statement with logo just wait it out. They usually process in batches so might take few more days. Don't chase support every day either that sometimes slows it down
 
yeah merchant don't give up even if you partially lost, most people would have played it back or given up already
 
cheers, also had mixed experience with nine casino. verification took more then a week but once sorted withdrawals were pretty quick after that. the key is getting through that initial verification properly. but support made me furious fr

@merchant17 if the bank statement has official formatting and logo that should work. just be patient mate

amazing news! fingers crossed it processes quickly now. let us know when you get it. also maybe take a break after this? £1140 down to £480 is still a loss overall even with the initial win

good stuff mate. painful watching you play it down but at least you kept some. most people in your situation would have busted completely
 
better than nothing. i would have lost it all knowing myself lol
and hope the withdrawal actually comes through though. "processing" can still take ages with these places

Glad that helped. This is a valuable lesson in bankroll management and emotional control. You're actually in the minority who managed to withdraw anything at all in this situation. Many players lose everything waiting for verification.
