its been a while since i started playing nine casino maybe about a year now and never had issues with deposits obviously lol. finally hit decent on Gates of Olympus £1,100 and now they wont let me withdraw. keep asking for more documents every single time i upload something. sent driving license both sides, bank statement, selfies ID all that ends up nowhere. now theyre asking for proof of deposit method but i used my visa and already sent them all i could. dunno what else do they want blood sample?? except the fact that it's fucking annoying i start to think theyre just stalling... anyone dealt with this before?
 
mate nine casino is curacao licensed innit so i guess they can ask for whatever they want. btw did you black out the middle numbers on your card? some places want to see first 6 and last 4. still £1100 is good ofcourse but not that massive, bit weird theyre being this strict for that amount
 
yeah i blocked middle numbers but main thing is ive already withdrawn £200 before and surprisingly theres no problems that was like 3 months ago. suddenly now its all this verification crap
 
they probably have thresholds. my bf had similar issue where small withdrawals went through fine but anything over £500 triggered full kyc. took him nearly 2 weeks to get verified. what excatly are they rejecting? do they give you a reason or just autodecline?
 
and check your email spam folder sometimes their responses end up there. also when you uploaded bank statement did it clearly show your name, address AND the deposit transaction? thats usually what they want most

@nataly.k they just say typical "document not approved" and no other info. support chat useless just tells me to upload again more MORE!

@shadow123 bank statement has my name and address but the transactions just show as some company name not nine casino itself. maybe thats the issue? 😵‍💫
 
The transaction descriptor issue is common with Curacao casinos. They often process through third-party payment processors that show different names. Just try to highlight the specific transaction that matches the deposit amount and date, then add a note explaining this is your Nine Casino deposit. Aslo maybe include screenshot from your casino account showing matching deposit
Most verification teams will accept this if you make the connection clear. I'm sure after proper documentation it'll take 3-5 business days
 
this nine casino took me 8 days to get withdrawal through and i was fully verified. kept cancelling my requests. eventually went through but truly was so damn annoying
 
tried what bill_collins said, highlighted the transaction and added note. they rejected it again asking for "official bank statement with company letterhead" wtf does that even mean? i downloaded pdf directly from my bank app
also gonna be honest... played some of it back. down to £680 now. still want to withdraw but getting frustrated

oh no :cry: this is what they want you to do. please stop playing and just focus on getting verified. £680 is still really good.

for the letterhead thing - some banks let you request official stamped statements. might need to go into branch or call them. alternatively some casinos accept bank statements with the bank logo visible at top of document

trust me been there. you'll end up with nothing and still not verified. ive lost so much doing same so i know
 
Request a stamped statement from your bank - most UK banks will provide this either in branch or mailed to you. Usually takes few days. In the meantime, don't touch that balance.As alternative some banks have an option in online banking to generate statements with official formatting and digital authentication. Check if yours offers that

mate this is why i stick to proper licensed places. nine casino proper dodgy with this stuff. hope you get sorted but next time use william hill or bet365
