carefully executed martingale strategy making me about £200 every day this week, only start with £10 and bet 50p which is lowest stake but thats the beauty of it really, only start betting after 2 or 3 consecutive colours and bet opposite, skip round if necesary. the chain eventually breaks and you extract the 50p profit easy, takes few hours to turn £10 into £200 but definitley worth it. made £1200 over past week using this methos, do i need to pay tax on these winnings? asking for tax purposes obviously

The martingale doesn't work long-term. You've had a good week but the maths don't lie - house edge will catch up eventually. Each spin is independent so previous reds don't make black more likely. You'll hit a losing streak that wipes out weeks of profits in one session.
But yeah, gambling winnings are tax free in UK if that's what you're asking.

bloody hell another martingale believer, seen loads of people at my local casino try this system, works for a bit then they lose their shirt when they hit a bad run, red came up 12 times in a row last month and some poor sod lost over £2000 chasing it with martingale, proper mental to watch

hey bill ive been tracking runs for month and this isnt just luck - theres definite trends you can exploit if you know what to look for, most people just dont have the patience, chapman maybe those people werent doing it right, my system has safeguards built in so i dont get caught in those situatons, thanks for tax info though, might need to declare this as income soon if it keeps working

my bf tried martingale last year and lost £500 in one session when he couldnt double up anymore because the casino has table limits specifically to stop this system from working, please be careful with this stuff, £1200 sounds great but what happens when you lose it all back?

jesus christ another degenerate thinking they cracked roulette 😑
you didnt exploit patterns you got lucky for one week, when that losing streak hits and youre down thousands dont come crying here

Scott ask yourself what if you have a really bad day and lose everything will you be able to stop chasin it huh?? that £1200 isnt worth going broke over, stick to safer investments maybe

Simply track 50000+ roulette spins across multiple casinos and you'll find zero exploitable patterns, your week of success is variance and the mathematical expectation remains negative regardless of betting system
Table limits ensure martingale failure - even starting at 50p you need £500+ bankroll to survive typical losing streaks

look all statistical analysis shows martingale systems create illusion of profitability through small frequent wins offset by large infrequent losses, behavioral pattern suggests confirmation bias - attributing wins to skill while dismissing inherent risk factors
recommend immediate cessation before inevitable drawdown period

lmao another gambling "expert", bro you got lucky for one week and think you cracked the code, wait till variance hits you in the face 💀
exact same story hundred times and it always ends the same way

Having worekd in casinos over 10 years I can tell you martingale players are the bread and butter of roulette profits, they come in confident, win small amounts for weeks, then lose everything in one bad session - seen it countless times
Scott Baird the house edge doesn't care about your "system" or money management, mathematics always wins in the end

lads tried every variation of martingale known to man, jimmy thought he was genius last summer and made few hundred over couple weeks then lost £1500 in one night when coin flipped other, still talks about that night like it was rigged against him specifically lol

Warning for anyone reading this thread! Martingale creates psychological addiction through intermittent reinforcement where small wins feel like validation while losses feel like "bad luck"
@Scott1baird your language shows classic signs with all these "safeguards" or "not greedy" are rationalization mechanisms that addicts use

mate "poor people stay poor" lol rich coming from someone bragging about £200/day like its life changing money
youre exactly the type of braindead mark casinos dream about 🚫

Even a modest losing streak becomes unmanageable quickly. Just 10 losses in a row turns your 50p into £512 on the next bet, and most tables cap lower than that.

Scotties calling people "poor" while grinding 50p bets for beer money, kinda funny mate, that £1200 will be gone by next week and youll be back asking for systems that actually work

this is getting really nasty, @Scott1baird i wasnt trying to attack you just sharing what happend to my bf, please dont take unnecessary risks because money comes and goes but financial problems can really mess up your life

You know calling people poor is really mean, like were just trying to help you not lose money kid, this whole thing gives me bad vibes ngl
