loads of ads for lottogo caght my eye recentlly so i tried them out last week deposited 20 quid got some free spins but the terms seem mental? like you can only win 2.5x from the bonus and 40x wagering is this normal now or are they taking the piss won 45 quid and it capped me at 10 after wagering feel like i wasted my time
anyone else use them or should i just run

mate lottogo is proper shit avoid them. like cmon 2.5x max cashout is a joke when most places do 5x or 10x minimum youre basically working for a tenner after putting in hours of wagerin daaamn

2.5x cap is standard for LottoGo. Its in their T&Cs clearly. If you dont like it, dont take the bonus. Simple as.
The 40x wagering isn't even that bad compared to some places doing 50x or 60x.

yea my bud fell in sme trap with lottogo few months back.. won about 60 quid during wagering then it capped him at 12 or something he was fuming because he didnt realize the cap applied during wagering not just at the end
seems like they dont make it very clear when youre playin

The 2.5x maximum convertible cashout is particularly poor value. Let me break down the math here:
  • 20 free spins at 20p = £4 bonus value
  • Maximum conversion: 4 x 2.5 = £10
  • Wagering requirement: 4 x 40 = £160
So youre wagering £160 for a maximum return of £10. Thats an effective return of 6.25% on wagering volume, compared to house edge of roughly 4-8% on most slots.
Youre statistically better off playing without the bonus in most scenarios.

bloody hell didnt even think of it that way why do they even offer it then??

Because people take free spins without reading terms. LottoGo makes money from casual players who dont understand bonus maths. Its not a scam, its just business.

such a thin line id say it doesnt even exist just because its in the terms doesnt mean its not taking the piss most people dont read 15 pages of legal bollocks before having a flutter

Ive used LottoGo on and off for about two years. The bonuses are genuinely poor value - I only take them now if they're no-deposit offers.
The issue isn't just the 2.5x cap, its that the cap applies to your balance during wagering. So if you hit a big win halfway through wagering, it gets capped immediately and you'e still stuck completing the remaining wagering with a capped balance.
Its designed to feel rewarding while extracting maximum value from your side

so your saying even if i hit a big win during wagering i cant keep going with that money to finish wagering it just caps me right away and i still have to wager the rest? that seems actually as scam fr

Yep thats exactly how it works. Hit 50 quid during wagering, balance immediately drops to 10 quid or whatever the cap is, but you still need to complete the full wagering requirement. Most UK casinos dont work this way - they let you complete wagering with whatever balance you have, then apply the cap at conversion. LottoGos system is significantly worse for players.

Never bothered with lottogo for this reason- bonus simply designed to waste your time. theres dozens of better UK casinos - AllBritish, Bet365, even bloody Videoslots treats u better than LottoGo despite their own issues..

you lot just avoid bonuses now i mean yea was tims bonuses were actualy bonuses and not shitty traps requiring a PhD to understand if theyre worth even tryin - spoiler nope! used to be sweet candy to drag u in so you could play through it once or twice and withdraw your winnings. but now its 40x wagering, max bet rules, game restrictions, time limits, max cashout caps that apply during wagering...
I honestly cant be bothered anymore so just play raw cash at places with fine RTP

so this is the way. slotstemple has highest rtp versions of all slots if ur UK. no bonus shitparade just pure gameplay at proper return rates

You lot are missing the point. LottoGo bonuses arent designed for bonus hunters or experienced players. Theyre designed for casual lottery players who want some free spins. For someone depositing 10-20 quid occasionally, getting a few free spins is fine. Theyre not calculating wagering mathematics, theyre just having a bit of fun

have to agree with chapman here just cause people dont understand those doesnt mean casinos should take advantage of em
my bro is one of those reg players and he felt properly ripped off when he realized what happened hasnt been back since

yeah this is how i feel now like ok ik i should of read terms but at the same time it feels scammy af. think ill just go to bet365 or somewhere simpler where the bonuses make sense

Its clearly stated in the T&Cs. Thats not predatory, that's people not reading. Bet365 has max cashout caps too btw. So does Videoslots. The only difference is LottoGo does 2.5x, others do 5x or 10x. Its still the same principle lads

This is factually incorrect!
Bet365 UK bonuses are non-sticky and have no maximum cashout caps on standard promotions. You play with your cash first, and if you win, you can withdraw your cash and forfeit the bonus.
Videoslots uses post-wager bonus release, which is different again - the bonus unlocks incrementally as you wager, but theres no cap on winnings from your deposited funds.
LottoGos structure is significantly worse than both of these examples...
