Lads just avoid Palace casino

hi all,
opened account on 21luckybet.com last week and made winnings on sports bets and roulette. $2000 total
account fully verified and tried to withdraw but not moving from in progress. customer service just tell me they dont deal with withdrawals. after reading reviews on progress play worried i wont get money. can somebody help what should do next?

@ANNA K. dont have advice for you now by maybe for future3 why dont you check list of verified casinos. unless youre from country excluded you will find verified ones are fairer. unfortunately we dont have rep here able to help

@underdog.4o4 is right on this just search. im never captain hindsight but theres zero reason playing at progress play at this point :(
 
ok so did you manage to get your money folks? mine still stuck on pending too. only $181 but hate they can just get away with it
 
yeah hell deposited thousands with in group sites never made single withdrawal and last week won and made withdrawal for $1500 and deposted via mobile billing and gave card details been said did not work and was told make deposit via paypal so did complete joke making me depsot money when want to withdraw money. i mena never heard of that rubbish but just wanted paid so did what asked and when contacted them turned around and said my accountis under review(oh that hell of surprise u say right) not much sense but waited over week and got email saying breached there terms and conditions and altered my detials to open account which absolute scandal done nothing of sort all details correct
been customer for years since 2015 with some sites and with this casino since 2022 and was 1st withdrawal and they do this well made thousands in depsots and they have to refund deposts they refunded $125 for this week but now got all history since 2019 and they want play games

ok from what i've got youre cooked kid, pretty sad as i've been there too after certain circles of hell i managed to get my money throigh chargeback but took 2 months of fighting
 
WoW @chapman did chargeback work even though they refused the withdrawal? Worth considering this option as well

Might be useful to keep in mind there 's several ways identify operators before depositing:
  1. check site footer for licensing information - should list actual licensee name
  2. terms & conditions usually contain operating company details
  3. WHOIS database searches can reveal website ownership
  4. casino databases like askgamblers often list operators
  5. payment processing names sometimes indicate parent company
Progress play brands typically show "progressplay limited" in T&Cs and MGA license details. Once know signs easier to spot

And now typical red flags for any casino:
  • vague operator information
  • generic customer service responses
  • excessive verification requirements beyond standard kyc
  • long withdrawal timeframes without clear justification
 
You're not the only one @0bi1 those issues has nothing to do with security. Those bastards just stole my winnings plain and simple
