Hey there here is a tiny horror story I ended up in - opened account with Palace Casino deposited twice, lost first time on table games then won £3200 on slots and tadadada they froze my account you know just "for verification". I sent everything - passport, bank card photo, proof of address. Waited 5 days then got email sayin they're refunding my deposits but keeping my winnings due to "irregular gameplay" and claiming I had some advantage. How exactly do I have an advantage on a slot machine? Then went through their complaints process yet again they refused to budge. Told me to contact Ecogra. Did that and 2 weeks later and been said I need to go through casino complaints first. I ALREADY DID THAT. Sent them proof and now radio silence for weeks.
Now contacted UKGC who just said they'll "note the complaint" even though they license these shitheads. They suggested... well in normal english to fuck myself I guess. I don't even gamble much. Is there any other options or I'm just screwed?!!

same shit mate but with mrq mugs i requested withdrawal of £850 8da. 1st they said 3-5 business days now support keeps saying usuial processedblah blah. getting prety annoyng right? i tried live chat 3 times and they just copy paste same response about "security checks", freaks just hoping ill cancel and gamble it back

look pal mrq've been slow lately. had my withdrawal take 6 days last month but did come through. btw what payment method?

At least with MRQ theyre just delaying. Palace straight up confiscated my winnings with some rubbish excuse about irregular gameplay
Browsed forums and looks like Progress play are shit across all their sites
 
anyone know why gates of olympus bonus buy greyed out on uk sites? wanted to buy bonuses but cant find any option

u can complain to UKGC but takes ages. better simply stick with faster paying sites. bet365 always pay me within 2 hours using visa direct. maybe costs bit more in juice but worth it for peace of mind

bet365 margins like 4-5% on football though. william hill often better value
