FBI investigation into sports betting and who to trust now?

@M.Bato, the integrity monitoring is what caught them. U.S. Integrity flagged only THREE NBA games in past two seasons for unusual activity - Porter's two games and Rozier's. When monitoring systems trigger that rarely, it means the patterns were blatant. Question is how many subtler manipulations slip through undetected.
 
honestly just makes me want to stick to simple stuff like match winners instead of these player props. feels like the prop markets are where all the shady stuff happens since they're easier to manipulate 😞

nah i think you're overthinking that shit now. simply need to figure out the patterns and get on the right side. if theres organized groups making money off inside info then i want in

Seeking insider information is illegal on the first place and will unlikely work (you'd be the first target). Don't even mention it destroys the integrity that legitimate bettors need
Focus on legal handicapping methods or walk away entirely.

gutted about all this tbh
been following sports likje 30 years and betting for 10. used to love the excitement but now every weird play makes me wonder if its fixed. might just go back to watching matches at the pub w/o any money on it. least then i can enjoy the game for what it is

aww thats so sad but honestly probably healthier??
this whole thing is giving me trust issues so might stick to slots where at least i KNOW the house edge upfront
