I bet on sports a lot. It all started back in college when my friends and I used to bet on school sports between ourselves. Yeah, nothing to brag about here. Then it shifted online, especially during COVID, when I really got into online betting platforms. I’ve got a pretty decent betting track record—most platforms I play on now limit my bets, haha. But that's not the point.
The point is, betting is super fun, but waiting months for events is just not an option. I tried betting on non-sports events (politics, movies, etc.), but it didn’t really do it for me. Honestly, there’s no honor or analytical background needed to bet on whether Oppenheimer or Barbie will make more money at the box office.
Recently, someone told me about fantasy sports. It sounds pretty interesting, though I’m not entirely sure how it works. Can someone explain in simple terms how fantasy sports work, how you place bets there, and if it’s as fun as regular sports betting? I’d appreciate any info. Thanks!
