hey id appreciate some help here. anyone used cryptowinz.net before?? deposited £300 last week hit nice win on dead canary £940. tried withdrawing yesterday and account locked for verification. sent all docs they asked for. now theyre asking for proof of adress from last 3 months but i already sent bank statment with adress on it. support just no help
looked some info in web and here what makes me worry - their domain registered August 2025 also no clear licensing information on homepage and trust score unavailable on major verification sites
anyone had withdrawls go through from them?

another thing i noticed that bothers me about licence - says curacao at bottom of site but no actual number shown just says "licensed and regulated" huh?? its sus or normal and im just paranoid

How exactly did you "win" £940? Seems convenient you hit big right before trying to withdraw. Not saying you're lying but we see a lot of bonus abuse claims

wtf mate i played legit. £1 spins on dead canary for like 2 hours. hit bonus 4 times. not my fault if i won cmon
im not trying to scam anyone im trying to get MY money ok?

There's several concerning elements that warrant immediate documentation and potential escalation you mentioned friend (like no verifiable license number displayed or recently registered domain, verification loop pattern looks bad too).
So better prepare payment dispute documentation if using debit/credit card also gather all possible data and evidence also establish clear timeline for escalation (suggest 7 business days maximum before initiating chargeback proceedings).
one last thing what payment method did you utilize for the initial deposit? This significantly impacts your dispute resolution options and probability of successful fund recovery.

mate this is why you dont play at random new sites for fucks sake. if its not established and trusted its probably dodgy. hard lesson but £300 could be proper gone. these bastards set up shop grab deposits for couple months then disappear

dont initiate chargeback immediately give them 7 business days total first while continuing to document if they fail to process by then or cut off communication contact your bank. explain the verification loop and lack of legitimate licensing banks more likely to approve disputes for unlicensed operators

happens all the time man they set up quick grab deposits for couple months then either exit scam or just make withdrawals impossible. seen it dozen times
£300 is rough tho. ive lost way more to scam sites over the years tbh gues i never learn my lesson lol like a moth. hope your chargeback works atleast

Found several concerns:
  • Same site template used by three other casinos exposed as scams in past six months. All exhibited identical pattern: accept deposits without issue, then verification complications on withdrawal attempts.
  • Twitter account mentioned likely purchased followers. Engagement rate analysis shows 0.3% interaction rate on 15k followers (legitimate accounts typically 2-5% minimum).
  • No legitimate reviews on trusted verification sites. Only reviews appear on suspicious affiliate pages with identical positive feedbacks.

Chillax @Timmy I'm just asking questions. We've had people come here before making up stories to damage legitimate casinos. If OP is legit then fine, hope he gets his money. But healthy skepticism isn't a bad thing after all

im not making anything up mate. why would i waste my time lol. appreciate everyone help folks. sending one more email to them giving 5 day deadline then going to bank
proper gutted £940 would have been nice right

These operations typically route payments through generic merchant names to avoid gambling transaction codes makes chargebacks harder but not impossible. When you contact bank emphasize fraud aspects fake licensing claims bait and switch accepted deposit but blocking withdarwal verification loop designed to frustrate
Banks take merchant code violations seriously if theyre disguising gambling as something else that's grounds for dispute
