I'm having a serious issue with Betmaster casino and could use some advice from anyone who's been in a similar situation. Last week, I made a Bitcoin deposit of 0.075 BTC (approximately $4,500 at current values) and managed to run it up to around 0.22 BTC (roughly $13,200) playing mostly blackjack and some high-volatility slots. When I submitted a withdrawal request for the full amount, they initially marked it as "processing" but after about 12 hours, my account was suddenly locked and I received the following message:

"Your account has been temporarily suspended pending a security and compliance review. Our team has identified unusual patterns in your gameplay that require further investigation. Please allow 7-14 business days for this process to be completed."

I immediately contacted their support, who told me that their "anti-fraud team" was investigating my account for "bonus abuse" - which makes absolutely no sense as I didn't use any bonuses or promotions. I explicitly rejected their welcome bonus offer when I deposited because I didn't want to deal with wagering requirements. When I pointed this out, they changed their story and said they were investigating for "chip dumping" in the live dealer games - again, makes no sense as I played mostly RNG blackjack and some slots, and the few hands of live blackjack I played were completely normal.
It's been 8 days now with no resolution. Their support team just gives me canned responses about the investigation still being in progress. I'm starting to worry they're going to try to confiscate my funds on some fabricated violation.
Has anyone dealt with BetMaster before? Do they have a history of issues with large withdrawals? Any advice on how to proceed?

unfortunately, this is becoming increasingly common with mid-tier crypto casinos. they're happy to take deposits but create all sorts of obstacles when you hit a big win. based on your description, this sounds like classic stalling tactics. they hope you'll get frustrated and play again with your balance, or that you'll settle for a partial payout.

a few recommendations:
1. remain polite but firm in all communications
2. request to speak with a supervisor or manager
3. ask them to specify exactly which terms you allegedly violated
4. mention that you'll be filing complaints with their licensing authority (which one are they regulated by?)
5. document everything
if they're Curacao-licensed, you unfortunately have limited recourse, as that jurisdiction rarely intervenes in player disputes. but mentioning regulatory complaints can sometimes motivate them to resolve the issue

Thanks for the advice. they're indeed CUracao-licensed, which I now realize was a red flag I should have paid more attention to. I'll definitely follow your suggestions and keep the pressure on them. Has anyone succvessfully resolved a similar situation with BetMaster specifically?
