Yeah, that's shady AF! I've had similar issues with the Oink game. It's like pulling teeth trying to get a bonus now.

That's good to hear, but let me share a cautionary tale. I won over $1,000 and requested a redemption. My identity verification went through fine, but when I tried to log in a few days later, my account was DEACTIVATED! No warning, no explanation. When I finally got a response, they just said the decision was final. So yeah, be careful with those big wins.
Guys, be careful with identity verification. Make sure all your docs are in order before you start playing.

I feel your pain. When I tried to reopen my account after a 6-month break, they asked me ridiculous questions like what was the last game I played 6 months ago. Who remembers that? Ended up telling them to keep the account closed.
