Strange one at betting shops today. Tried placing these bets meself:
Fury fight - they took 50k no worries
UFC main event same day - got capped at 5k
Mate down pub had same story different shop. Even them small boxing undercards taking 15-20k while UFC champs getting tiny limits.
Makes no sense eh? UFC pulling bigger crowds these days. Books feeding us this "event integrity" line but sounds like proper nonsense. Anyone know the real story? Got me and the lads proper confused 🍺

Current limit structures analysis:
  • Boxing major fights: 30-50k standard
  • Boxing undercards: 10-20k typical
  • UFC mains: 3-7k average
  • UFC prelims: 1-2k max
Pattern consistent across all major books

Wait you mean fights can be fixed? Thought that was just movie stuff...

Statistics last 6 months:
  • Boxing odds movement: gradual, predictable
  • MMA odds: volatile swings, sharp money patterns
Books respond with limit management

y'all out here CRYING about MMA while I'm CASHING OUT on boxing undercards bb 🦄 stay broke bestie ✨

Important distinctions:
Boxing - regulated by athletic commissions
MMA - newer regulatory framework
Boxing judges - decades of oversight
MMA scoring - still evolving standards
Affects both odds and limits
