aviator still not back on any uk licensed site - 9 months since suspension, 3 since license restored what is actually happening

sweden fined spribe 5k kr (roughly $500) for supplying unlicensed platforms. same period. different jurisdiction 😑

$500 is pretty funny, that's the Sweden regulatory penalty on a company facing a $330 mill US trademark case. Well that range of financial consequences across different jurisdictions for similar compliance issues is realy something!

To answer actual question aviator won't return to UK licensed sites until either the trademark case clarifies or operators decide the risk is acceptable without clarity. i'd say 2027 is realistic. Optimistic would be late 2026 if the case moves faster than typical UK litigation.

So for now it's just JetX and Spaceman on proper UK sites and Aviator only on offshore?

Essentially yes. BC.Game Crash on offshore platforms at 99% RTP for the crypto-comfortable. JetX and Spaceman on UKGC-licensed sites for everyone else

game still grounded. ambassador signed. lawsuit ongoing. players playing a different game. spribe brand awareness: probably fine

honestly might check JetX tonight. something about this thread made me want to play a crash game which i haven't touched in weeks
