withdrawal stuck for 8 days,normal?

this is doing my head in. requested withdrawal of £850 from mrq 8 days ago and still nothing. first they said 3-5 business days now support just keeps saying usuial processedblah blah go eat some dirt mate
getting prety annoing now. anyone else had problems with mrq lately? starting to think theyre just stallign

bank transfer. says instant on their site but clearly thats bollocks. tried live chat 3 times today and they just copy paste the same response about "security checks". feels like theyre hoping ill cancel it and gamble it back 😞
 
security checks my arse. they do this when you win to make you sweat. stick to your guns mate dont cancel it
had similar with william hill few months back. took 2 weeks but eventually paid out

mrq should be doing instant bank transfer in 20 mins max if everythings sorted

mostly blackjack actually. few small wins on slots but nothing mental. biggest single win was like £120 on lightning roulette
surely they cant be checking every win over £100?
 
So what about payment method? If you're using debit card that's 1-3 days anyway. Instant bank transfer should be 20 mins tops. Visa Fast Funds usually under 4 hours.

sorry yeah instant bank transfer thats what i chose. said it would be instant but obviously not
 
anyone know why gates of olympus bonus buy is greyed out on uk sites? was gonna try buying some bonuses but cant find the option anywhere

you can complain to UKGC but takes ages. better to stick with faster paying sites
Bet365 always pay me within 2 hours using visa direct. maybe csts a bit more in juice but worth it for peace of mind

so hang in there mate. also try emailing complaints team directly that sometimes speeds things up
