Live blackjac. A very frustrating exp...​

I've had serious concerns about betonline's live blackjack feature. On multiple occasions, I noticed that the dealer wasn’t responding to my commands, making me question whether the game was truly live. It seemed like the dealer’s actions were pre-recorded and designed to predict player moves rather than reacting in real-time. This was incredibly frustrating and made me lose trust in the platform’s fairness.

Shady sports betting practices IMO​

One of the most alarming experiences I had was during the AFC and NFC Championship football games. I placed a wager on which team would score next during the NFC Championship game and lost. Later, during the AFC Championship, I bet on Buffalo to score next, and when my bet won, betonline canceled it, claiming it was placed "past post time." The problem was that I made the wager during a commercial break while the betting line was still open. It felt like betonline selectively voided winning bets while keeping losing ones, which seemed like blatant manipulation.

Unacceptable delays and customer service issues​

Waiting for wagers to be graded was another major frustration. Even when the results were final, I had to wait over 30 minutes or longer for my bets to be settled. Complaining to live support and calling their toll-free number didn’t help, as I encountered the same issue repeatedly. I also noticed discrepancies in blackjack results -one time, my blackjack wager should have resulted in a push, but they graded it as a loss. This made me question whether they were intentionally shortchanging players.

A strong warning to potential users​

I also found betonline's live betting system to be unreliable. My overall impression is that the platform prioritizes its profits over fair play, using technicalities to avoid payouts.
For anyone considering BetOnline, I strongly don't recommend it!! My experiences left me feeling cheated, and I would recommend looking for a more transparent and reputable betting platforms...

Seeing similar issues across multiple offshore books lately, but important to understand context. BetOnline's post-time voiding is industry standard practice - most books have 5-7 second delay between TV broadcast and their lines. What matters is consistency in application.
