my m8 had a terrible experience with one of those 'exclusive' crypto casinos too. he deposited a lot and then couldn't withdraw anything. now he only plays on bc.game and says their support is actually helpful. glad you got your account set up with 2fa! that's the first thing he always tells new players to do. hope you have better luck than last time!
