friendly reminder that passing KYC in advance doesn't guarantee smooth withdrawals. they can always find "reasons" if they want to
 
true but rather know early if there might be verification issues than after winning 🎰
 
Just had 11k withdrawal approved after 19 days of back&forth kyc. Wish I could've done this BEFORE playing...
 
tried 4 different support agents, all same response. definitely company policy not individual choice
 
reminder that legitimate players WANTING to verify is good thing. refusing them is sketchy af
 
plot twist - maybe they outsource KYC and pay per verification? would explain only doing it when necessary 🤔
 
don't overthink it. they just want to make withdrawals annoying enough that some players cancel and keep gambling
