hey it seems cs2 is just dominating everything now. heard it hit 64% market share in q4 which is huge
even league of legends only doing like 26% and that games got way more viewers usually. valorant growing fast but still tiny compared
anyone know why cs2 betting so much bigger? is it just better for betting or else?
 
nah bro valorant gonna overtake cs2 soon. riot finally allowing betting sponsors on teams now so expect massive growth
cs2 peaked already imo. game getting stale and valve dont give af about esports scene

been betting cs2 for months now and its been my best earning esports game by far. league and dota too random with all the comeback mechanics. cs2 you can actually analyze team tendencies on specific maps. like navi always strong on inferno, g2 struggles on vertigo etc
made decent load just betting map handicaps during blast events. way more consistent than my poker results lmao

then what sites you using for cs2 betting mate? been looking for good odds cos most uk books still treat esports like afterthought. shit odds and limited markets

pinnacle usually has best cs2 odds but they dont take uk players anymore. betway decent for esports but margins bit higher. heard bet365 finally adding more cs2 markets but havent checked recently

simple bro as viewers dont equal betting volume. cs2 has way more tournaments so more opportunities to bet while league only has few big events per year. worlds, msi, regional finals. cs2 got major tournaments literally every month
 
makes sense cos esports bettors usually actually play the games so they understand mechanics better. like i been playing cs for 10+ years so i know which teams good on which maps, player roles, economic rounds etc. gives me edge over bookies who just set odds based on basic stats

valorant only 28% live betting. something about cs2 format just works better for in-play wagering.. probably cos rounds quick and you can bet between them

valorant gonna catch up once riot opens betting partnerships. teams can have betting sponsors now starting 2025. cs2 had that pie for years but now valorant teams getting their cut too
 
from my side can confirm cs2 is absolute goldmine right now. profit margins way better than traditional sports. younger demographic bets bigger amounts and way more prop bets. some cs2 matches we take more handle than nfl games. dota2 used to be king but its time is gone. international used to be huge event now barely registers compared to cs2 majors

so true Alex indeed skin betting sites are insane. csgolounge used to be massive before valve shut it dwn but loads of new ones popped up
basically gambling with skins instead of money so they claim its not "real" gambling

ok now it all makes sense why cs2 dominating. better format for betting, more tournaments, teams getting sponsored by betting companies. still think valorant will challenge it eventually but cs2 is way ahead now
