brazil pulled the plug. sites go dark on the 6th

hey at least one site paid me! full amount, 40 minutes.
but the other one withdraw button is simply gone. not disabled, gone. the page where it was is a page about responsible gaming now. support ticket open since tuesday, no answer, and the live chat says outside operating hours at 11am on a monday
sjust like @ValDes said. the queue goes one way

better keep every screenshot. every! the regulator still exists for another month even if the market doesn't
Must admit that advice is more important than it sounds. The measure explicitly permits the transactions needed to close operations and refund bettors. So an operator refusing to pay out isn't shielded by the ban - the ban carves out exactly the payment they're refusing to make.

@Luciana.29 if that account is still frozen after the 6th, the phrase you want in any complaint is that the provisional measure permits refunds to bettors and you are seeking one. Don't let them tell you the law stopped them paying. It says the opposite.

whats stopping her just using an offshore site after the 6th like everyone else does?? no i realy mean it what?

nothing stops her. what changes is that the offshore site has no brazilian licence, no local complaints route, and now no legal payment rail into it either. so she'd be funding it through crypto or a card that may or may not work, with no recourse at all. that's strictly worse than what she had a week ago and it's the predictable result

sweden did not ban anything. sweden licensed and taxed. that is the opposite policy and you all keep citing it as if it is the same

brazilians been on crypto casinos for years anyway lmaooo this changes nothing except they will be way more 💀

lets say some yes but most no. like most people here used the regulated apps because they took pix and pix is instant and everybody has it. so you are describing a small group and calling it the country

It's a clean test of motive. It isn't a clean test of whether it works, and those keep getting conflated in here. A cynically motivated policy can reduce harm. A sincere one can fail. The February vote tells us about the first thing only.
