New UK regulations - what changes are you seeing???

heya UK fam! noticed some proper weird changes at my usual casinos lately n wanted to compare notes with other UK players... lots of confusing stuff going on tbh!
what i've spotted so far:

stake limits seem different everywhere?? some sites max £2 others still let me bet more
bonus terms got well confusing... some places stopped giving bonuses completely??
my fave slots suddenly "not available in your region"
weird popup about "reality checks" every 20 mins
mandatory loss limits that cant be changed for 24hrs
some sites asking for bank statements now??? wtf

anyone got a proper breakdown of what exactly changed? also which casinos still decent for UK players now? my usual spots either closed to UK or changed so much they barely worth playing anymore
also any1 know if these changes permanent or temporary? proper miss my high stakes slots... might have to use vpn at this point (jk jk... unless? )

From what I understand, these changes are permanent. The Gambling Commission has been quite clear about the new rules.

Best to stay compliant with regulations. These rules are meant to protect players, even if they seem restrictive.

Some sites are being extra cautious and setting lower limits than required. Give it time, they'll probably standardize eventually

These regulations are quite similar to what we have in Germany. You will get used to them after some time.

The £2 stake limit isn't universal yet. Depends on how each operator interprets the guidelines.
