Curaçao went through serious reforms recently - new OGL framework, stricter AML requirements. Still a great option though especially for startups. And despite the changes costs stayed pretty reasonable compared to MGA or UKGC

i like bcgame for roulette, but heads up they sometimes have really slow loading times during peak hours. especially for live tables. gameplay itself is fine tho
