cryptowinz.net scam or not?

happens all the time man they set up quick grab deposits for couple months then either exit scam or just make withdrawals impossible. seen it dozen times
£300 is rough tho. ive lost way more to scam sites over the years tbh gues i never learn my lesson lol like a moth. hope your chargeback works atleast
don't be like this if you lost that much to scam sites maybe time to quit fr?

cheers for posting this warning helps others avoid same mistake. these scam sites rely on people not sharing experiences more we expose them less successful they are

damn this is really scary i was looking at new casinos with some good bonuses too. thanks for cold shower mate

250% bonus should have been massive red flag legitimate casinos dont need to offer crazy bonuses like that to attract players if deals too good probably is
sorry about your situation mate hope bank sorts it. seen too many people get burned by these new sites popping up every week

feel your pain, have similar shit happening. took all the advice and sent final email to casino with 5 day deadline also opened dispute with bank this morning. bank told me because merchant code doesnt match gambling they might be able to proces as unauthorized transaction waiting to hear back

good luck mate these bastards deserve to be shut down proper. stealing peoples money then hiding behind fake licenses absolute scum. hope you get every penny back and they go bankrupt

Here is what you asked me, might help others as well:

Merchant Code Analysis & Dispute Strategy:

The merchant code discrepancy you mentioned is actually a favorable indicator for your dispute case. Payment processors are required by card network regulations (Visa/Mastercard/Maestro) to utilize correct Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) for gambling transactions.

Relevant MCC Codes for Gambling:
  • - 7995: Betting/Casino Gambling
  • - 7802: Government-Licensed Horse/Dog Racing
  • - 7800: Government-Licensed Online Casinos
If Transaction Coded As:
  • - General merchandise
  • - Digital goods
  • - Entertainment services (non-gambling)
This Constitutes: Merchant Category Code manipulation, which is a serious violation of card network terms. Banks respond more favorably to disputes involving MCC violations as it represents fraudulent merchant behavior rather than gambling disputes (which have limited consumer protection).

Strategic Communication Points for Bank:
  1. Emphasize MCC violation
  2. Reference fake licensing claims
  3. Document verification loop pattern
  4. Present as fraud/misrepresentation rather than gambling dispute
Continue documentation. This information benefits others in similar situations.

really hope bank helps you get money back. these shitty casinos are getting worse..

yet another reason to stick with established platforms seen thiskinda crap too many times. massive bonus quick domain verification hell exit.
rinse and repeat every few months with different name. probably same people running multiple scam operations

casino finally responded saying they need additional verification now asking for video selfie with ID and handwriten note with todays date. seems excessive? or is this normal. never had to do this before
video selfie with handwritten note is sometimes legitimate for high value withdrawals but combined with everything else its likely stalling tactic
dont bother follow @shadow123 example and proceed with chargeback theyve had enough time

Obviously it's delay tactic. Standard procedure would be: ID verification > proof of address > payment method verification. That's it. Video selfie with handwritten note with specific date is extreme measure typically reserved for withdrawals exceeding £10,000+ or suspicious activity patterns. For £940 withdrawal with clean play history, this is deliberate obstruction.

damn theyre just messing with you now 😭 like video selfie c'mon?? thats some spy movie shit lmaooo hoping you give up!! dont give them ANYTHING else just do the chargeback bestie

bro just chargeback already why u even still talking to them 💀 they aint gonna pay u out. take the L on the winnings and get ur deposit back atleast

yay!! finaly bank approved chargback today getting my deposit back within 5-10 business days
Glad for you @shadow123. Keep in mind that suspicious bonus percentages, recently registered domains, and absent licensing information are critical red flags that should prevent deposit entirely.

@Zer0 what about you?

hooray! glad u got something back mate. these scam casino operators need to be tracked down and prosecuted proper. stealing from people then just vanishing. should be criminal charges not just chargebacks
