feel your pain, have similar shit happening. took all the advice and sent final email to casino with 5 day deadline also opened dispute with bank this morning. bank told me because merchant code doesnt match gambling they might be able to proces as unauthorized transaction waiting to hear back

video selfie with handwritten note is sometimes legitimate for high value withdrawals but combined with everything else its likely stalling tactic

Obviously it's delay tactic. Standard procedure would be: ID verification > proof of address > payment method verification. That's it. Video selfie with handwritten note with specific date is extreme measure typically reserved for withdrawals exceeding £10,000+ or suspicious activity patterns. For £940 withdrawal with clean play history, this is deliberate obstruction.
